At a recent meeting of our Ladies Group the visiting speaker was Mr Mark Perry, who gave a talk on the work of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance service.  The cost of the helicopters and the running of them amounts to thousands of pounds and is entirely dependant on voluntary donations.

We were pleased, therefore, to be able to donate £100.  This was boosted by the sale of goods on display, bringing the total to approximately £150.  Thank you.

Our next meeting on 8th April is a talk about the work of the W.R.V.S..  Do come along and bring a friend.
