The Darwin Family:  Sophie and Emily are taking their GCSE exams this year, after which they will go to college.

Emily plays football for Sheffield Wednesday’s Ladies’ Team.  They recently won the cup.

Sophie plays the tenor horn and has also played percussion in the Strata Brass Band in Hoyland.

Chris has settled very well into Arden College in Southport.  He is doing very well and enjoys all his activities very much.

Well done all of you, and good luck in your future!

Ryan Brown:  Ryan had a glowing school report.  He has made excellent effort in all his subjects, and has been congratulated for his manners and good behaviour.  Ryan is so pleased and happy with his teacher, Mr Butcher, he would like to take him to Bradfield School when he leaves Nook Lane!  Ryan also enjoys being in the cubs and was happy to have been camping with them.  He is also in the football team.

Grace Markham:  Grace really enjoys swimming and is especially good at backstroke.  Her teacher, Mrs Exton, is delighted to have Grace in her class.  Grace recently began learning to play the recorder.  She has progressed very well in her reading.

Ben Markham:  Ben can now swim a length of the baths unaided.  Ben told me (Sylvia, his Grandma) the next time I go gardening in the chapel grounds he would like to come with me.  I have already bought him some gardening tools and gloves.  Watch out you gardeners!

Thank you Dorothy and Sylvia for supplying this information – keep informing us about your families.

Max and Georgina Revitt:  Georgina has just finished sitting her AS exams and Max has just begun sitting his A levels!  Max is off to university in October.

Phoebe Revitt has achieved a distinction at Grade 1 in classical ballet awarded by the Royal Academy of Dance.  Congratulations Phoebe!

Harry Revitt has received a Certificate of Achievement  in golf at Advanced Level A of the BYG Academy Course.  Congratulations Harry!

Florence Chapman, daughter of Emily Pettitt and Tony Chapman can now walk (and quickly)!
